Fast, reliable shipping across the United States. Orders placed before 3PM EST on weekdays ship the same day.
Shipping Coverage
USA Ink Supply ships to all 50 United States. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes. All orders require a valid street address for delivery.
Free Shipping: All orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Order Processing Times
Weekday Orders Before 3PM EST
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day.
After 3PM EST & Weekends
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day, whichever comes first.

Economy Shipping
Best for non-urgent orders. Cost-effective delivery via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Standard Shipping
Our most popular option. Reliable delivery via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Expedited Shipping
For time-sensitive orders. Fast delivery via UPS or FedEx.
All shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the shipping method selected and your destination.
Shipping Rates & Fees
Rate Calculation
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination zip code. Exact rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Handling Fee
A flat $4.95 handling fee is applied per shipment to cover packaging materials and processing costs.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totaling $500 or more ship free via standard shipping. The handling fee is also waived on qualifying orders.
Tracking & Delivery
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 3 business days of delivery. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
