About the Formax ColorMaxLP3
The ColorMaxLP3 is the successor to the discontinued ColorMaxLP and ColorMaxLP2, adding an improved high-speed unwinder/rewinder system for continuous roll-to-roll label runs. It uses the same Memjet print head (70,400 nozzles) found across Formax's ColorMax line, producing full-color CMYK labels at up to 60 feet per minute (12 inches per second) at 1600 x 1600 dpi, with full-bleed printing up to 8.5" wide on paper, polyester, polypropylene, and vinyl stock. It handles roll diameters up to 10", warms up in under 10 seconds, and includes an integrated cutter for short runs plus a 7" touchscreen for job control.
